Orders & Payments
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Please contact support immediately if you need assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Do you allow bulk purchasing or resale?
Products are intended for personal use unless expressly authorized in writing. Unauthorized resale or marketplace redistribution is prohibited.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 7–10 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited timelines begin after the 1–2 business day processing period.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select international destinations. Availability is shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking information is also available under Order History if you created an account.
What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
Please allow 1–2 business days for final carrier updates and check with neighbors or your local postal facility. Maramma is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Please review our Refund Policy for full details. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, certain items may not be eligible for return.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support with photos within the timeframe outlined in our Refund Policy.
Products & Formulation
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Maramma products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Our formulas are developed using vegan and non-GMO ingredients.
Are your products FDA approved?
Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
How long does the gloss last?
Our NUE-LIXIR Premium Gloss Cream is formulated for extended wear with a smooth, non-sticky finish. Individual wear time may vary.
Should I perform a patch test?
Yes. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Brand & Partnerships
Do you work with influencers or affiliates?
Yes. Influencer and affiliate collaborations are subject to written agreement and compliance with applicable advertising laws.
Can I use Maramma product images for my own marketing?
All brand assets are protected intellectual property and may not be used without prior written authorization.
Subscriptions
Do you offer subscription options?
If subscription services are offered, recurring billing terms and cancellation instructions will be clearly disclosed at enrollment.
