Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) and MARAMMA BY OLI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, products, and related services (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Eligibility

Products and Cosmetic Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetic in nature and intended for external use only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including those suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, bulk diversion, or misuse.
Fraudulent chargebacks or improper payment disputes may result in account suspension, recovery efforts, and legal action where appropriate.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays may occur outside of our control.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, natural disasters, labor shortages, governmental actions, pandemics, or service outages.
Returns and Refunds

Influencer, Brand Ambassador, and Creator Relationships
Any influencer, brand ambassador, content creator, or collaborator engaging with MARAMMA BY OLI must comply with all applicable advertising and endorsement laws, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and comparable international regulations.
All sponsored or gifted collaborations must be clearly disclosed. We reserve the right to require correction or removal of content that includes misleading statements, unauthorized claims, improper disclosures, or misrepresentation of our products.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all trademarks, branding, imagery, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of MARAMMA BY OLI.
By participating in a collaboration, creators grant MARAMMA BY OLI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, display, and repurpose approved content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Authorized Resellers, Distribution, and International Sales
Products purchased from MARAMMA BY OLI are intended for personal use only unless expressly authorized in writing for wholesale or distribution.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, export, or listing on third-party marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or international ecommerce platforms is strictly prohibited.
This restriction applies globally. Unauthorized cross-border resale, diversion, or gray-market distribution may result in order cancellation, service refusal, account suspension, and pursuit of civil remedies including injunctive relief and recovery of damages.
Affiliate Program Standards
Participation in any MARAMMA BY OLI affiliate program is governed by separate written terms and ongoing compliance requirements.
Affiliates must provide truthful, accurate representations of our products and may not make medical, therapeutic, or exaggerated claims beyond approved brand messaging.
We reserve the right to monitor affiliate activity, withhold commissions for violations, and suspend or terminate participation at our discretion.
Subscription Services
If subscription or recurring purchase options are offered, enrollment constitutes authorization to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed interval and rate.
Subscription pricing, renewal frequency, and cancellation procedures will be clearly presented prior to enrollment.
You may cancel prior to the next billing cycle in accordance with the instructions provided in your account.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or structure upon reasonable notice as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including product names, text, graphics, designs, images, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to MARAMMA BY OLI and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
