At Maramma, every order is prepared with intention and care. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically arrives within 7–10 business days after processing.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time.

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited options, including overnight and two-day services, may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note: expedited delivery timelines begin after the 1–2 business day processing period.

Availability and pricing are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier service coverage.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, except where required for certain regions.

If a restricted address is entered at checkout, we may be unable to fulfill the order and it may be cancelled.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Availability will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not collected by Maramma and are not included in your order total.

International delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing and local carrier handling.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you created an account, you may also access tracking information under your Order History.


Delivery Concerns

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for final carrier updates
  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal facility
  • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout

Maramma is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen thereafter. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and, where available, choosing shipping options that include signature confirmation.


Order Delays

While we work to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, customs processing, service interruptions, or periods of high order volume.

Maramma is not liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Subscription Shipping

If Maramma offers subscription or recurring purchase options, subscription orders will be processed and shipped according to the schedule selected at enrollment.

Subscription shipment timing may be affected by inventory availability, carrier capacity, or address changes. Please ensure your shipping details remain current to avoid delays.
